INTRODUCTION

The WinPAC utility is a tool that can be used with WinPAC series Modules and allows you to configure and control your device more conveniently.

UPDATES

• The Share_file_system_setting.exe has been updated to version 1002.

ENHANCEMENTS

• Added a function that allows the icons on the desktop to be hidden. (OS versions released before [03-01-2012] do not support this function.)
• Added a functio that allows the display mode for the WP-8x4x to be changed. (The OS version before V1610 do not support this function.)

ENHANCEMENTS

• Added a new function called "File Server Settings" to the "Network Settings" tab. This function needs Share_file_system_setting.exe which is put in the path "\System_Disk\Tools\WinPAC_Utility". After changing the settings, you need to save the configuration and reboot the module.
• Added a new function which automatically exports the system information to the FTP folder.

• Moved the "Change HTTP Document Root Directory" from the "System Settings" tab to the "Network Settings" tab.
• Added two new functions, "Enable Autorun when connecting a USB Disk" and "Enable Autorun when connecting a Micro SD", to the "System Settings" tab. These functions require the autorun_arm.exe file, which is put in the path "\System_Disk\Tools\WinPAC_Utility". After changing the settings, you need to save the configuration and reboot the module.
