The differences between DCON_CE_V210 and DCON_CE_V20x are as below:

1. The DCON_CE_V20x needs to use the WinCon COM2 
   for configure the 87K DCON modules on the WinCon,
   but the DCON_CE_V210 is not necessary to use COM2. 
   DCON_CE_V210 can configure modules only via Ethernet

2. The DCON_CE_V20x only can configure 87k DCON modules on the WinCon backplane ,
   but the DCON_CE_V210 can configure 87k and 7000 DCON modules 
   on the WinCon backplane and COM3.
