Here's an overview of the steps you must follow to set up :

1.Prepare your development computer and ensure it meets the system requirements.
2.Install the Android SDK in D:\ directory.
3.Install theEclipse in D:\ directory.
4.Install the Java SDK in C:\ directory. 
5.Install the ViewPAC-25A1 SDK in C: directory.
6.Add Android 1.6 platforms and other components to your Android SDK.
