Fix : The P1602_StartScanPreTrgVerC(),

      Remove these functions, demo 26 and demo 27.

Fix : The project file of all the VB demo programs contains some 
      links of OCXs which are not used in these projects. It may 
      occurs warning messages in some conditions. Remove these 
      links from these project files to prevent the warning 
      messages.
