      A-1.Copy the Setup.exe files into the temp folder. 
	  (For example: C:\ICPDAS\CAN_Slave\DeviceNet)
      A-2.Start to install the Setup.exe file.
	  
      
B. Installation Steps

   B-1. Insert the "Development Tool kit CD" into CD-ROM drive
   B-2. Clicking Start/Run in the task Bar
   B-3. Enter the path as (If the CD-ROM drive is E:):
        E:\DeviceNet\Slave\CAN-8x24\Utility\Setup.exe
   B-4. Following those instructions in installation process 
        to complete it.


C. After installed 

   The item "ICPDAS" will be added into the 
   "Add/Remove Programs" (under "Control Panel") 


   The sub-directoried tree as fillows:

     The default [Base Directory] is "\ICPDAS\".
