Users can download the firmware into the GW-7434D as following steps:

1.	Power-off the GW-7434D

2.	Grounding the INIT pin of the GW-7434D

3.	Install the download cable between COM1 of the GW-7434D & COM1 of PC 

4.	Power-up the GW-7434D & Run 7188xw.EXE

5.	Then press F4 button to load firmware automatically.

	PS: the firmware files are "MbtdmXXX" and "autoexec.bat".
 	    These two files and the 7188xw.exe must be in same directory.

6.	Removing the line between the INIT pin and Ground pin

7.	Then Key-in “reset” to restart the GW-7434D

8.	Pressing Alt & X at the same time will quit the 7188xw.EXE
