2. Fix problem: When I-7232D guarding fail, the EMCY will be send continuously.
3. Fix problem: If I-7232D receives reset node command continuously, the I-7232D will reboot.
4. Fix problem: Sometimes the modbus command of I-7232D has been gone after I-7232D be reset.

2. New utility version: I-7232D Utility v 1.10
3. New function: Support Read DO and Read AO Modbus command
4. New function: Support "RxPDO Mapping Closed" and "TxPDO Mapping Closed".
		 To enable these functions, the AI/AO data will be mapped from Tx/RxPDO1 when no any DI/DO data.
5. New Object: Support Heartbeat Producer (0x1017)
