The users could use CANUtility to download the firmware.
It loacates on C:\ICPDAS\PISO-CM100\CANUtility.exe

Step 1:
 Execute the "CANUtility.exe"

Step 2:
 It shows the "Configuration" dialog.
 Select nothing and click "OK".

Step 3:
 It shows the "Information" dialog.
 The message is "No port is selected! Exit dialog?".
 Click "Yes".

Step 4:
 In the menu, click "File" --> "Update Firmware"

Step 5:
 It shows the "Update Firmware" dialog.
 Click the "Update" button and select this firmware.

Setp 6:
 If the download process complete, it will shows "Download OK" dialog.
