Firmware:
	   1. Fix the issue of read wrong CAN Port 2 Data via Modbus TCP.
	      => When user uses Modbus TCP to read CAN port2, he got 
                              wrong data.                                                         
                                
	   2. Fix the issue of setting/reading specific CAN 2.0B ID.
                       => When user sets specific CAN 2.0b CAN ID, the value is 	                                                    wrong. 

	   3. Fix the issue of invaild CAN data.
                       => When user read CAN data, he got the invaild data .                         

	   4. Fix the configuration web issue.
	   => When user set CAN ID filter, he got the invalid setting after saving 
                           the configuration.

	      => The bug makes the module reads/writes wrong setting and
                              lead to the module with wrong IP address after rebooting.

                             the last record cannot be removed due to firmware bug.
