B. Installation Steps:

   B-1). Use Easy Installation Package
      step 1). Double click "ET_M8194H_V3_1_Setup.exe"
      step 2). Follow the wizard to install.
      step 3). Finish.



C. After installed

   C-1). The item "ICPDAS ET-M8194H Toolkit for i-8094H" will be 
         added into the "Add/Remove Programs" (under "Control Panel") 

        The sub-directoried tree as fillows:
