1.The library for iview 100(20M & 40M version) now use the same version.
2.The new library is put on the directory :
  CDROM:\NAPDOS\MiniOS7\MiniOS7_2.0\iView(40MHz)\lib\
3.For use the new version library, please call InitLib() at the start of user's program.
