 B). Installation Steps

    step 1).  Insert the product CD into your cd-rom drive.
    step 2).  Change the path to CD : \Driver\Ver1.0\MATLAB61(for MATLAB 6.1) or
                 CD : \Driver\Ver1.0\MATLAB65(for MATLAB 6.5).
    step 3).  Double click on the file, Setup.exe.
    step 4).  Following those instructions in installation process to complete it.


 C). After installed, 
 
     The item "ICP DAS MATLAB Solution Toolkit for I-8x38" 
     will be added into the "Add/Remove Programs" 
     (under "Control Panel") 

    
 D). After installed, the sub-directory tree as follows:

     The default [Base Directory] is "\7188E\MATLAB".
