Please install LabVIEW toolkit as following steps:

1.Install the driver for FRB card
 (CD:\Napdos\FR_Net\FR_PCI_Card\DLL\Driver\Win2K)

2.Power off your PC, plug in the FRB card and power on the PC.

3.Install LabVIEW 8.5 toolkit.

3.Run \Diag\**.exe in LabVIEW toolkit to check the 
  hardware has been installed correct.

4.Run the demo.vi.

5.Open the LabVIEW Help window and click on the icon of a sub-vi could
  get the simple on-line help of the sub-vi.

6.Chapter 6 in "FRB-200.pdf" is the software manual, FRB-200.pdf is 
  Napdos\FR_Net\FR_PCI_Card\Manual.
