This command to clear the Digital Input counter value from the specified channel of Digital I/O module with digital input channel.
This command only applies on all 87K digital I/O modules with digital input channel which are plugged in the specified Slot of the I-8000 system.

$	a delimiter character
AA	address number of the I-8000 system. AA= 00 ~ FFh
Si	slot number of the module. i = 0 ~ 3 or 0 ~ 7
C	Command for Channel
jj	jj: 00 ~ 0F if channel count<=16; jj: 0 ~ 1F for 32 channel count
[CHK]	2 characters of Checksum
(cr)	Character Return(0x0D) for denote the end of the command

Valid Command	!AA[CHK](cr)
Invalid Command	?AA[CHK](cr)

Syntax error or communication error may get no response.
