Please install 'EB200' first, and then copy EBPrj1.* to \EB200\Project,  
test1.flb and 200demo0.blb to \EB200\Library.
 
Config your Touch 200 to the communication parameter RS232,19200,8,N,1.  (On the hardware)
 
Config your Touch 200 to "option 2" = 1 (this is the Modbus PLC's net-id)
