如果是在 C836 V2.x 版使用時，會等另一個 PORT 也沒使用時才呼叫 
RestoreCom_34().

接下來還可以做工作就是要不要在 InstallCom_4() 時自動呼叫 
EnableMonitorCom4();
這個部份加上的話，對 USER 也會方便一些。
可以在使用 RDC 的 CPU時才呼叫，使用 AMD 的 CPU 就不用呼叫。
不過這等其他問題都測試完再來加上。
