Library for 8073

1. Only support LARGE MODEL.
2. All functions start with "_8073_".
3. All functions supportted by the library please refer to "8073.h".
4. For TC/TC++/BC++ use "8073L.LIB"
   For MSC/MSVC++ use "m8073L.LIB", for floating point use the compiler option: "/FPa" (use MS AltMath)
