1. the TOROM.EXE can only be executed under 7188
2. TOROM.EXE is a utility to download ROM-DISK.IMG to Flash ROM
   (from address 0xC000:0000)
3. run 7188.exe on your PC.(ROM-DISK.IMG must be in current directory)
4. download torom.exe to b:
4. run torom.exe
5. press ALT_R
6. reset your 7188D
