The QC steps are given as following:
.power off 7188
.install download cable between 7188'S COM4 & PC's COM
.Run 7188.EXE in PC
<QC1> --> for power-on-sequence, red-Led, 5-digit-Led, time/date initial
<QC2> --> for COM3/COM1 RS-232 tset, EEPROM tset, NVRAM test, Watchdog test
<QC3> --> for COM2/COM1 RS-485 test
<QC4> --> for red-Led,5-digit-Led,EEPOM,NVRAM,COM3/COM1 RS-232,COM2/COM1 RS-485
          and watchdog timer test.
